"When will my order ship?"

Thank you for your patience! We are a small, family run business + get things out as quickly as we can.

We typically fulfill and ship orders within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. However, orders can take up to 7 business days to ship out due to high volume during big drops, sales, holiday season, etc. All made-to-order items (graphics + embroidery) can take up to 10 business days to ship out.

Please note: orders placed Friday after 12 pm cst, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Once the order is with USPS, there is an estimated 3-6 business day arrival time. There is no guaranteed arrival time + order may exceed 6 business days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

"I placed an order with Priority Shipping..."

Priority Shipping does NOT mean priority fulfillment. We will still ship your order out within our regular shipping window. However, once USPS has the item, it will be shipped Priority and arrive more quickly! If you ever need an item for a certain date, always reach out to us first to see if we can make it happen!

"When will my local pick up be ready?"

Pick up orders are TYPICALLY ready within 24 hours. However, during high volume times (product drops, sales, etc.), local pick ups can take up to 4 business days to process. If you order a "made to order" or "custom" item, they can take up to 10 business days to be ready. Please read item descriptions for accurate information regarding this.

Please make sure to remove Route Shipping Insurance for local pick ups. We are not able to refund Route if you accidentally purchase!

"My order was lost, stolen or marked as delivered..."

Daffodilly is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or packages marked as delivered. Once USPS scans in your package, it is out of our hands. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing Route Shipping Insurance so you are fully protected in these circumstances.

If you opted out of purchasing Route, you may first reach out to your local USPS office to inquire about delivery. Then, you can submit a claim here.

"My package was "returned to sender!"...

We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address/you put the wrong address for your shipping information. If the item "returns to sender"/comes back to us, we will send you a shipping invoice for $6.99. Once paid, we will ship the package to the address of your choice.
