RETURNS

Daffodilly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or unused merchandise for store credit only within 15 days of the date that your order is delivered. Scroll down for more returns info + to get one started.

Items that arrive damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 3 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES

Daffodilly does not offer exchanges for other sizes or styles. If you would like to buy a different size/style, you can return your initial item for store credit (-$6.99 for shipping) then purchase the size/style of your choosing separately.

FINAL SALE

Final sale items cannot be returned, even for store credit. Here is a list of final sale items:

Any items included in a sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

If you have worn or washed the item and the item becomes damaged, you are not qualified for a return/exchange/store credit of any kind.

-Name of individual who placed order

-Email used to place order

Please allow 2-3 business days for a response back to your email.

We will email you a return label, and a $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your return store credit. Your store credit will go on to a Daffodilly e-gift card. You will not receive a refund/store credit for any initial shipping purchased, or Route shipping insurance. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be fully processed once you ship the item back to us.
